Luke Ford is a technologist, founder, and mentor who helps startups and businesses bring their ideas to life through no-code, AI, and automation. As the founder of LukeFord.Dev, he specializes in building powerful web apps and workflow systems using platforms like Bubble.io and n8n, helping clients move from concept to launch faster and more affordably.
Before entering the tech space, Luke began his career in the trades, earning his Certificate III in Carpentry and Certificate IV in Building and Construction. His early experience managing large-scale construction projects gives him a rare ability to blend hands-on problem-solving with technical innovation.
Over the past decade, he’s held leadership roles across construction, software, and enterprise technology, including time at LEAP Legal Software, KPMG, and the Australian Tax Office, delivering digital transformation programs at national scale.
Luke is also a mentor with Blackbird’s Giants program, where he supports early-stage founders across Australia and New Zealand, helping them navigate product strategy, no-code development, and business growth.
He’s passionate about making technology accessible to everyone, bridging the gap between technical complexity and practical business outcomes.
